Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of effective and engaging marketing campaigns that support and align with the overall brand strategy. In line with the business goals and objectives, you will manage the branded literature and internal design work, create marketing campaigns and support the distribution of these with the relevant channel owners.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Group Head of Marketing with the implementation of an integrated marketing strategy at group level.
  • Support the day-to-day management of marketing activities including: website, blog, newsletters, social media platforms, events, marketing materials, etc.
  • Assist with content planning and creation for online and offline campaigns.
  • Oversee branded literature and manage document changes.
  • Create marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan, this includes social media content, newsletters, blog articles for B2B and B2C.
  • Website management (WordPress, Umbraco).
  • Writing quality and relevant articles for target audiences.
  • Planning and creating content for bulk email communications.
  • Liaison with team members, agencies, partners, and a broad range of contributors.
  • Industry analysis and review, researching markets, competition and new product launches.
  • Ongoing review of the marketing collateral, making amends as needed.
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support and help co-ordinate with the organisation of events.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience with a good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, for design work, collateral building and work on brand literature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced challenging environment, take initiative to achieve results, meet short deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience in generating regular relevant, quality content through different marketing channels.
